Placing an Order

Once you have an account with BOC, ordering your gas and related products and services couldn’t be simpler. Just call the Customer Service Team for a delivery to your door, or check the location of the nearest collection point on the store finder.

Our customer service team is available to take your order, provide you with information about our products & services and open an account, Monday to Friday 8.00 to 18.00. Outside these hours you can contact them here by email.

When placing your order please ensure that you make the advisor aware of any restrictions (such as pedestrian zones, no waiting zones, or limited access) or special requirements which our delivery team should be aware of.

Collect from your local store

Our nationwide network of BOC retail stores and agents provide a range of gas products (excluding beverage dispense gas) and equipment as well as safety products.  When purchasing through one of our stores or agents you can pay on your BOC account or by cash/credit/debit card.
