Foodfresh - Supply Options
BOC Foodfresh offers a range of food-grade gases in a variety of supply modes which are specifically designed to match the needs of customers' varying applications and demands.
Foodfresh gases are supplied in cylinders dedicated for use in food-related industries, or as high purity liquid in stainless steel cryogenic containers.
All Foodfresh gases undergo thorough procedural controls and quality assurance throughout the production process to guarantee product quality.
Cylinders
Supply of single cylinder oxygen, nitrogen, carbon dioxide - and mixtures of these gases - are suitable for small volumes of gas and for mixing onsite using gas mixing equipment.
Manifolded cylinder pallets (MCPs)
The manifolded cylinder pallet consists of 15 cylinders connected via a single outlet.
The benefit of MCPs is a reduction in the number of cylinder changes required.
MCPs can easily be transported via a forklift truck.
They can be used for pure gases and gas mixtures.
Bulk liquid
For customers with high volume requirements, a BOC bulk cryogenic storage vessel installed onsite may offer the most efficient and convenient solution.
Mini-bulk liquid
Large volume gas supply requirements can be met through hands-free delivery of cryogenic liquid oxygen, nitrogen and carbon dioxide from BOC Cryospeed.
Cryogenic liquids are stored in fully maintained, stainless steel, vacuum-insulated vessels and are filled on the customer's site by the UK-wide BOC Cryospeed network, providing a continuous and convenient source of supply.
BOC Cryospeed offers a wide range of storage vessels for rent or sale.
These vessels come in a range of sizes, pressures and flow rates to meet customers' individual requirements.
All rented vessels are fully maintained as part of the rental agreement with BOC Cryospeed.
