What to do if you have a complaint

Get in touch and we’ll try and fix the issue straight away. You can talk to people who are ready to help and can answer any questions you may have. Please contact our Customer Service Team on 1800 355 255.

When you contact us with an issue, our advisors will attempt to resolve matters with you whilst you are on the phone. If your issue is more complex, we may need to escalate to a specialist team. We aim to resolve all complaints within 72-hours; however, some issues can take a little more time to fix but we will keep you up to date throughout the process.


What to do if you’re still not satisfied

If your complaint has not been resolved to your satisfaction, then you can raise your issue with the Feedback Team. The team will review your case and aim to resolve it within 72-hours. Again, some issues can take longer to resolve but you will be updated throughout.
