Our Top Tips for the Hiring Process

Reflect on your skills, strengths, achievements & pieces of work

Take the time to reflect on all of the great things that you’ve been part of or have achieved so far and be sure to showcase them! Ensure your CV is up to date with the key pieces of work and skills you have gained and fine tune some good examples to talk about throughout the process.

Use the STAR method

You may have heard this one several times, but it is by far the most effective way to answer questions and have impactful discussions. Pull on some of the good examples you already have so that you are prepared. Remember! The interview is not just for us to get to know you better, it is also for you to get to know us better.
