® refresh button comes in. By installing a button next to each cylinder storage location around your site, your clinical and business staff can continue with their work, safe in the knowledge that the support staff have received a notification to swap the cylinder.
With INETIQ
® refresh button, you set up the buttons with our app, telling them which WiFi network to use, what product to re-order and where the button is installed on-site. Each time the button is pressed, a notification is sent to the INETIQ
® platform where a porter or logistics team member can see requests for new cylinders and where they need to go.
The dashboard shows a detailed list of where cylinders need to go, how many are needed in each location, and what type of gas cylinder is requested. But it doesn’t stop at gas cylinders. The INETIQ
® refresh button can be configured for almost any stocked item, task or job. For example; equipment movements, specimen pick-ups, consumables low on stock and any multitude of other tasks where the same request is made time and time again, day in, day out by colleagues who have a high workload and minimal time.
