  • seat:  PCTFE 
  • diaphragm:  Elgiloy® or equivalent 
  • operating temperature:  -40°C to +65°C 
  • surface finish:  15-25 microinch standard  
  • internal volume:  1.86cc (excluding fittings) 
  • dimensions:  dependent on connections selected 
  • flow capacity:  Cv = 0.18 (lever), 0.25 (multi-turn)

How to order

ALWAYS specify gas or mixture to be used: 

  1. select model e.g. SC2000
  2. select actuation e.g. lever, multi-turn 
  3. select inlet - outlet e.g. 1/4" face seal (m) and (f), 1/4" welded tube stubs, 3/8" welding tube stubs
